TC or not TC

Toledo 1.9 TDI SE, UK car registered in Nov. 2000. All the literature I have makes reference to Traction Control, but I don't think its fitted - am I right?

There is no TC button by the fuel filler release button, and I can get the wheels to spin fairly easily.

Can I therefore assume that its not fitted? (I thought this age / model should have it).

Looks like you don't have tcs. If you had it you'd also have the button by fuel filler release.
tcs is useful at times, but for some reason it seems to make the car slower.
