What oil for Leon TDi 110bhp

What oil should I be using in my Leon TDi 110bhp SE? I'm sure I've seen something on the site about this but cannot find it.

Also anyone any idea if the power steering fluid needs checking for correct level, as the owner's manual says nothing about it.

Well, I supply my Dealer with Mobile 1, they take £36ish off the bill for their semi-sythetic, and I pay about the same for 5 litres of Mobile 1.

My main reason for this is the 35,000 miles a year I am doing (with my money and my fuel), and the service life of 180,000 miles I require from the car...!!!!!:D
