HI Guys heres som pics of my car back from body shop,smoothed tailgat smoothed rear bumper, smothed front end matt black spoiler and m3 mirrors.since got it back have new alloys but not got piucs of them yet on car.
i want new trear clusters i was looking at the black clusters or LEDs but whats all your opions cheers

prefer OEM or cleaned look
the boot S badge smoothed I like but not a fan of the front and rear bumpers or the smoothed front badge and M3 mirrors but well done for being different. As long as you like it that what's important.

Looks like its been done really well.. im afraid im not a fan though.. Think the front end looks well wierd like that!
So you getting big wheels and a big exhaust each side to fit that rear apron thing ? I quite like that rear end :)
hay guys ye the front end looks weird in pics but up close its amazing to look at its all custom.it needed to be different for this years shows. i have 17" silver and black rims and the black bits are getting painted body colour there is a full custom stainless exhaust but the tip is of the now getting re welded to fit in place.

I'd like to see it with proper wheels on and at a higher resolution - and not taken on a dull day. Cars never look right with black steelies on.
if that is what floats your boat and you're happy with it then fair play to you. :D i'm too old for stuff like that. :no:

think it looks amazing.....amazingly bad. What have u done to the beezer, also guessing its a 1.2. The front end looks terrible sorry mate but it just does and dont get me started on the back. Defo a max power car dont think you will get many real seat enthusiasts liking it.
fair play for doing something diffrent though, but it really does look like something you would see at mcdonalds or halfords.
i hav a aftermarket body kit on my ibiza.only cause its a 1.4 so cant do much else.
one thing tho!!!
thats not a custom front and back bumpers cause ive seen them on ebay. they jst come like that with out the badge bit at the front.

I get the occasional diffrent part that not everyone thinks is good, But thats blatently gash and the only people that will agree with it are the halfords and max power crew.

On the plus side, the colour's nice which is about all I can say... :rolleyes:

LOL i dont drive a cupra or fr at the moment so i was never going to make out or be and it wasnt bulit to be a car only enthusiast will love coz body kitted cars arnt ment 2 be like that.its been built to be a show car not a 300bhp cupra ill get that when insurance company allows me but cheers for the comments
Boot looks smart, you should lose the wiper though! :)
Not so keen on the bumpers though.
Get some better pics with the new wheels on, steelies are good for winter and bodyshop trips :)

I took my rear wiper off, passed no problem, looks better too :)

personally i dont like it, ibeeza's tend to only look good with the OEM styling. i have a 1.2 and ive gone down the same OEM slammed look....but cant blame you for trying!

if the wiper is fitted.it has to work.if its not there then no,it won't fail. seat cordoba came from the factory without one ;)

Mate, You have some imagination - I feel sorry for the car. As said Ibizas look great standard. But if its a show car fair play. Get some more pics up when you get alloys on it ;) Maybe that will change some of the opinions on here.

Its had alot of money spent on it, personally it would have gone on other things and I would have smoothed the bodywork elsewhere...
But its his car and as long as he is happy that's all that matters, its is a bit different though :)
We all seem to be used to/like the same styling OEM+

Absolutely hate it from every angle. The back bumper looks more like some form of motorway crash barrier or diving board from a cruiser but each to their own I suppose.
I like the back of the car but not the front or side skirts. But hey as long as you like it, thats all that matters

Looks like there's a lot of good workmanship in that. I quite like the bottom of the front bumper, would have kept the top grill though.

hay guys glad top see ppl slag everyone that dosent go OEM and tries something different.once car was done i decided i didnt like it either wasnt what was in my head so iv tried again and its still not complete yet.
i havent driven in 9 months to scared to i nearly killed my mate and i still dont know what happend that night in the rain new tyres and oily road and brakes didnt seem to work and i was driving normal ie speed limit etc
so mayb ill get car right and get some good feed back.even though i own an ibiza same as you guys but its not good enough lol but cheers for comments im keeping install and smoothing front side grills of

thing is mate...i think anyother route on the mk4 doesnt suit it because of its distict styling already...i said well done for trying but you could have done other more meaning full mods or even bought a new better faster car...:shrug: just my 2pennies :D

why not spend some of that modding money on an advanced driving course? would help get your confidence up and make driving more enjoyable.:)
dont be put off modding your car. its important to be yourself rather than follow the crowd[B)]

im 22 i bought the car brand new and not planning on keeping it long iv joined army so wount ever get to drive it but had to fix it to sell at one point, going to buy an old jaguar mayb 4 or 5 litre but i dont know yet

Always thought the point of modding was to make your car look different to everyones else. Take a look at how many MK4 ibiza in this section have the typical cupra front and backs, cupra wheels and coilovers and call it the OEM look, sorry but IMO its really starting to get boring.

cheers mate.ye i agree modding is to be different it didnt work this time.no point in putting cupra bumpers on if its not a cupra id get ripped for trying lol face lift bumpers but all smoothed should work this time if not i give up...ill need to try come to a seat meet sometime when my cars finished and all chat like chums lol
people choose the cupra bumpers because they are nice! i personally think that both the mk3 and mk4 dont have better aftermarket kits.

the install is the whole back of car (no rear seats) theres 6 x 6x9 3 x subs and 2 amps and 2 power caps theres 2 speakers behind front seats where youd norm sit with 1 sub and all rest in boot its being fibre glassed still so i dont have new pics yet but whil get them up soon
but iv got to the point that i dont care what ppl think about MY car as its mine and i dont have time to keep checking to see whos slagging it of etc what ill do is when i get back from 4 months away with army ill buy a leon cupra or mayb an EVO or something more powerful just to please all the cupra wana beesss lol
oh and PS i know it looked shit before crashed it trial and error so oem with suttle mods

the wheels are a set of league alchemy black and chrome ....at the point of body kit i was going to get the black painted same colour as car but might be tacky now

I personally don't like it, but the body work looks to have been done well. Each to their own, if you like it, thats the main thing, I wouldnt care what anybody else thinks.

In my opinion i think that body kit looks perfect with your car and color.
i didnt like that i dont see the excaust (better use 2 x 2)
also on the front.. its kinda too much that there are no grills there anymore. how your engine breathes?
Also use a tailwing as well to make the car to look "fat" in every side. not only the bottom. (hopefully u got my point on that)
