Revo S3.

Hi Guys,

I'm new to this site - I usually reside at Tyresmoke.net but thought I'd pay a visit seeing as Revo seems to be the trend round here! :)

I got my S3 mapped by Revo last Saturday and am chuffed to bits with the result - would definately recommend it to anyone who is not sure. Sixth gear is now lethal and surges past 100mph like a hot knife through butter!;)

At present I am in low boost 5 so am probably running 255-260bhp.

I am thinking of getting an SPS dingle thingy so I can do some tweaking - is worth getting the SPS3? Would going up to high boost 7 make a worth while difference in performance compared to what I am running now? I use Optimax most of the time and occasionally use a bit of SUL.

It's lethal alright..I _totally_ wasted my friends BMW 330Ci yesterday, I'm running low boost 9 and timing 7 in Leon Cupra R

Btw.. good easy mod to Leon Cupra R owners:

Remove the fog lights in Leon Cupra R, it's a couple minutes job to remove them and hey presto..you have non-blocked airflow straight to IC's

I would have thought that once running the Leon would have a small advantage over the S3 because of the extra weight Haldex creates - I am suprised you wasted a 330i. They are rapid machines indeed!

A standard R is only fractions behind the 330Ci, so one with 40% more power and even more torque is bound to whip it.
