Nope Slight narrower by 20mm and slight large core and same thinkness of 65mm ...

O and it cost me 70quid and 100quid for the rest of the hoses and alloy pipe,Jubliee clips..

My mate uses this on his C20let nova well the larger one and it does the job :D

Hadnt cleaned the cupra for about a month and it was manky to say the least..So a few hours of cleaning and Polishing and waxing and all looking good:D

Todo list now for me is to repair the front bumper and fit my new brakes discs...

Yup it been well looked after dont get me wrong there are a few stone chips on the bonnet and On the sides...And a few light scratchs..

But when my Mate G3s it all the scracths would have gone...It got the Usal Onvi fading on places but im on top of that atm...And its gettin there..

Never seen any rollers where there's just one main roller. The rollers where the car sits in the gap between two rollers are scary enough!!

They came out excellant but one has a slight reaction to the paint which my mate is gonna G3 and touch up and Hes coming down 2morro to G3 all the wheels to get and Dust in the laquer and to polish them all up

This is the one i used nitromorse On and u can slight see the paint underneath..But in total 4days 4work and 50quid thats the results and ive defo learnt Something new...The next set il know how to do it and to look out for...
Thats dust that is on them as i just took my work pants off...and flash has distored them abit...as its a crap camera..

Yeah mate mark @ Cr turbos is doin it final price is 581.87 Inc vat...
He can make it a sub 300bhp hybrid for less than 450quid but i want the 300bhp mark...So hence the price :D

Heres the difference between the 2..Just fitted it and it was an utter **** to do...I never wanna do that again...the difference in size was un-real i was gobsmacked how big the ATP mani was...Still need to finish it off 2morro got 8 of the 13 bolts on tight...as it got 2 dark..

Just recieved a E-mail of mark and this is the spec of the Work on the turbo.

''Mark says'' I would plan to use the shaft, CHRA, and comp wheel from the Audi RS6 turbo, this gives us the largest combination of wheels in the K04 range, we then machine out your Turbine housing to make the shaft fit, we take the comp cover from a larger turbo eg Audi TT then weld the elbow from yours on to it so the actuator fits and to keep the turbo pipework fitting as original.

The car is all back together and running :D... Clutch is getting fitted thursday ..
And the turbo will be here sometime next week..ive also Sourced a Full Custom Map by Rolling Road for 445quid Which to me is excellent...

Gave it a quick wash today as it had oil marks and Brew Rings every were lol...
once I get the turbo back am gonna get it mapped then Source a Nice set of porche Brembos and get them Machined and fitted...
But that is 1 of the things on my todo list...
Also bought some H & R Cup Coilovers as it needs to be Dropped a tad more to make it

Small Update:

Got the Car back on Wednesday with the new Vr6 clutch & Fiblanza lightened G60 Flywheel...So am Still running it in...
And my engine bay Caught Fire all because of this ****in Carbon fibre Battery cover...No Damage as i caught it in time Probs the Worlds most expensive Candle EVER!

Also Fitted the new ATP 2night and New Jetex Filter and am gaining 2+ psi for a Tip And jetex Filter so its hitting 22psi Now..
Few Blowing Issues on the exhaust Which il be Sortin out this weekend...
And my Brembos should be here Soon..

Also My rear coilover which ive just fitted Gotta do the front 2morro night...

Ive Been Well Busy the last few Nights Take off the old Wishbones,ARB's,OEM Pipes,Vaccum hoses,Old Suspension,Old t.i.p,old Filter,N259 & N112 valves and Disconnected the EGR Valve and Carbon Canister,

Ive Fitted the new Coilovers,New Custom tip,new jetex Air filter,310ohm resistors,forge vaccum pipes,New N75 valve,new Hids,New Oem gaskets, New neuspeed Arb and i got Chris astley to fit my Vr6 clutch & G60 fiblanza lightened flywheel.

All I have left todo now is fit my porche brembo boxster S 4pots with 305mm Brembo Elpic grooved discs & goodridge hoses..

Then i can safely say i can then go ahead with my Custom map and k03 hybrid...
The car needs a searious wash/polish and a really good hover...

I have got a normal one on my ibiza and i am running 257 bhp and 388 nm.

not a orginal ko3s is a ko3 hybrid.he has a ko3s on now and is taken a another ko3 turbo to build a ko3 hybrid turbo but he isent doing it yet.

Thats where your wrong, the CR turbos hybrid uses the outer casing from a k04 unit to enable it to run a bigger wheel (RS6) and other components that will allow it to flow more bhp.

Got the Cupra Mapped with a Custom Jabbasport map and it made 237bhp and kept on pulling...
also tryed to fit my brembos but couldnt get my Carriers bolts to even move lol

personally I would not buy another GT2x :)

I would also advise you do some hybrid treatment to it....ATP's quality is not that great. I would suggest at least a 360 thrust bearing is fitted to prolong the life of the turbo

I bought a brand new gt2x kit from a company in american through awesome gti, i fitted it after i rebuilt my engine. I ran the engine for a 1000miles without coming on boost before dropping the car off at awsome gti to get a custom map on. Then it all started, awesome couldnt get any boost and could figure out why, they swapped everything until they decided it must be there map so they sent it chip wizards for the map! Months later the guy from chip wizards said the fault lies with the TURBO! so awesome gti got the car back to replace the turbo. The company they got the turbo off didnt want to no at all so awesome gti got me a new ko3s hybrid frrom turbo dynamics, car went back to chip wizards and got a map! all this took around 6 months! Cant say its a good turbo and that company is rubbish! sorry for the long post just thought i tel my story about a gt2x turbo

Then it all started, awesome couldnt get any boost and could figure out why, they swapped everything until they decided it must be there map so they sent it chip wizards for the map! Months later the guy from chip wizards said the fault lies with the TURBO! so awesome gti got the car back to replace the turbo. The company they got the turbo off didnt want to no at all so awesome gti got me a new ko3s hybrid frrom turbo dynamics, car went back to chip wizards and got a map! all this took around 6 months! Cant say its a good turbo and that company is rubbish! sorry for the long post just thought i tel my story about a gt2x turbo

personally I would not buy another GT2x :)

I would also advise you do some hybrid treatment to it....ATP's quality is not that great. I would suggest at least a 360 thrust bearing is fitted to prolong the life of the turbo

Ive done loads of searchs on here and on Ed38 It seem its a very good turbo...Just the Build quality that lets the side down from what ive read up on..
But nothing Cr turbos Could'nt possible sort out i should imagen...

Any gain is a bonus to me and it seem a fair few people have made really good power from them and ran high boost and never had a problem with it..Some up to 2 years hard play...

With the 2.5 atp tip he use's with the usal silicone bend and theres loads of room near the linkage..

most people use that 3'' inlet think from atp...and some use a forge one..

i got everything of beattie bar the map for it to bolt straight on...i could use my Jabba map for the time being just that i won't kill it ...Will be hard tho..

I have a Greddy EBC sitting in my garage which I will be fitting soon, depending on timing, I can sell you the MBC at a later date too

Bill himself was impressed by the MBC, as regardless to what anyone says, the MBC is a massive improvement over the N75. I have always found the N75 not liking high amounts of boost, it simply cannot control it (despite it only being a solenoid)

Right my battery light is still on and tonight i was going to go out for abit in it...So just before i went out i was abit carfull as i felt something werent right so i started her up and then but heaters,radio,hids for around 5mins ticking over then the hids went out then the radio...

Ive checked all the fuses and there fine...so its either the battery or the alternator...What started it was when i was undoing the old OEM oil line and while the spanner was still on the metal nut it fit my alternator...and sparked...
The belts aint slipping either so is the alternator easy enough to fit?

Is all the oil that you spilt fully dry on the alternator mate, cause it probably not charging the battery, and since your batterys almost half dead from that fire it aint gunna help.
Only way to find out is swop the battery, if it don't work then its the alternator

Try chanrging the baattery mate. Leave it on over night then test it before pitting it back on the car, you should see about 14v.

If you do get 14v then its deffo the alternator.

Carge it over night, if you get 14v then the battery is not dead. It then means the alternator is dead as its not charging the battery.
