For some unknown reason I am no longer able to post replies or start new threads on the site from home. I dial up using OneTel.Net as I always have done, using Internet Explorer 6 SP1 as I have been for ages.

For example:-

Hit reply, the message window pops up, type away. But, when I try and submit the reply, the progress bar doesn't move. M$ logo in top right hand corner rotates and thats it. It doesnt time out or anything. Only started happening past 2 weeks, it's driving me nuts.

Can send PM's ok.

Any help? As far as I'm concerned, nothing has changed, been installed etc.

Goot :)

Nothing has changed this end for a long time either.....Try clearing your cache, history and cookies.

Thought about trying another dial up too?

I had a very similar problem to this a while back when I replaced my modem. Try re-installing your isp software this worked for me.

Well here goes a reply from home. Ho hum, it aint going to work.

I've tried the above which didn't work. I only install manual dial up connections, so no ISP software to spit at. Hang on, I've got 2 software firewalls running and firewall connection enabled within WinXP dialup connection... lets see if that clears it, it is does I'll eat Zboyds ear muffs.........
