View Full Version : What tuning or mod products are next on your shopping list
This is mainly for my benefit so I can feedback the info to our discount suppliers and help me target new ones (if necessary).
Just post up the bits you want to add to your car. Please keep it vaguely serious cos all the info posted here wil be very useful for the present and future.
I'll start:
In no real order -
- Pagid 8 groove front discs
- SS hoses
- new steering wheel
- Koni dampers
- ICE upgrade
- Retrim
- Engine mods (head/inlet flowed + remap.)
- blue side repeaters
- chrome speedo rings
- Milltek catback
Prety much know exactly what I want just a matter of saving now.:)
Already got my door sill covers :) and got some bit on the interior in silver finish :)
New uprights for bigger than 239mm brakes
new engine - will need a donor car as I'd quite like to mount that in the boot - so will need all the sub frames and all that tosh.
Mark
*IF* my car gets sorted, then H&R cup kit is next, followed by the following: spacers, Brembos or Pagid set-up, IC, High-flo cat and downpipe, Lexus rear lights, who knows what else. Did i ever say i wasnt modding this car?

retrim rear seats to match new front ones
semi slicks for my old allys (for track days)

edc it's a bit late for me
Rollcage (on order from Germany... :D)
Strutbraces top and bottom (replacing the sparco top one) on order too.
Quaiffe ABT diff (soon to be on order).
Stroeve short shift gear assembly and motorsport cables... awaiting next production run.
Everything else has been/will be done by the summer except the Seats and the clutch.
So some decent racing seats, at around 6kg in weight or less would be nice and a performance clutch that can be used in traffic.
In order of purchase:
Eagle F1's
Revo or Jabba chip - 270 BHP :D
Induction kit - 277 BHP?
The best brake pads I can find (any ideas?)
In the far future - Jabba 350BHP conversion. LSD :D

Any more requests/suggestions? It could be anything: radar detectors, alarms, steering locks, mats, parking sensors whatever. If it isn't in this thread I'll assume nobody wants it. If you post up here at least our discount suppliers can see what ppl want and take action accordingly.
Similarly, if there are lots of requests for things not catered for by our disount suppliers then we will seek additional suppliers to cover the gap.
Don't forget, it's free to post but it takes us time and money to do the selling and necessary arrangements.
