Yes anyone can buy it..
It is made by Ross-Tech in the USA..... www.ross-tech.com for full info and download etc..
EDC was doing something on a group buy I believe on this.
The software is downloadable in a shareware version (free) but you will need the connection cable to go from laptop to car diagnostic OBDII port.
Have a look at the website above.
It is a very good tool, however, you also have the ability to change settings if getting carried away with playing..
Datalogging and fault code reporting/erasing is handy. (and safe)

...I'm really just interested in making sure I'm not losing any boost, will just get the gauge for now I think.

you can get cables from people in the UK and use the free shareware version. I got my cable from a guy in essex for £58.
If you like the software and decide you want to be able to do more with it you can register it for $99 at a later date.
Ill PM you the e-mail address of the guy I got my cable from.
