diagnostic?

hi.
just wondering if you have the facility to diagnostic my car at your place and how much it would be.

i have had vag com on and its telling me the problem.(misfire cylinder 1 and weak maf sensor signal) After checking spark plugs, coil pack and injectors plugs failed to find the problem.i have also replaced the maf with a genuine brand new one.

iv been told there is a diagnostic which can identify the problem and the cause.
any ideas.?

oh yeah its a mk3 ibiza 1.8 20vt with a 2002 engine in it.was a Vag engine code but is now a AYQ i think..
