As you know I mentioned about a month ago that SEAT UK were going to be inviting us to every SEAT Leon Championship event this year.

Well, the events are approaching fast and I can confirm that for the first race at Croft we have 75 free tickets.

At Croft we have a roped off area for 30 cars for a SEATCpra.net display and and @ 30 spaces in a SEAT only car park.

We will be making a decision on how we will distribute the tickets over this weekend and will post details early next week.

They'll be other events Stu, come to one of the other ones if you can't make it.

Though so far we've only got tickets for Croft, if we have a good day i see no reason why more tickets and space wont be forthcoming, for all the other events.

We've been thought about, as were fans of the brand, so who better to represent SEAT than the people who drive them, and enjoy them. ;)

We will be getting the same or similar treatment at every event.

Will we be expected to attend both days?

I'm interested but seeing I'm supposed to be night shift weekend could only make one day and that would be (given the choice) Sunday.

As Croft is close to a 5 hour trip for Shaggy, i would quite understand him not attending this particular one, not that i speak for him.

I though will be in attendance as one of the key main staff of Cupra.Net i try to appear at most events this year as i often do.

Though i myself will probably not be travelling to Brands Hatch which is Lee's most loacl event, as already discussed Lee will be at several of this years race days as will I.

Brian your beginning to sound like an old broken record, just a something i noticed.

If possible put me down (as I should be JABBA'd by then) for the Sunday.

Would it also be possible to bring an Arosa driving friend? Seeing as he is not a Cupra.net member due to lack of computer (living at mother-in-laws whilst he has a house built) I'd be willing to make a donation to the Cupra.net charity to cover his ticket. That's providing there's spare.

Regards:cheers:

We have not yet decided how or who the tickets will be issued too.

Will let you know early next week.

When people post as "I, us and we have spaces" I assume that the poster includes himself as attending!

Mark (Zboyd),

An equally good example of a tired old record is one of Shaggy stating or suggesting that he will attend a Seatcupra.net event and then not ever turning up.

I often do post in jest, but of late, you jump down my throat whenever possible not withstanding whether I've posted in jest or seriousness.

C'est la vie, best I get out of here for good and leave you to your small-minded hypocritic world.

To be honest Brian though that sounds honourable, im afraid all your doing is looking for a cheap dig at one or all of us. Ive give up trying to detect whether you post in jest or seriousness.

You take a pop, im taking one right back.

Seriously who really cares if Lee is at events or not???

Your the one making the issue out of it, as you did a few weeks back too, if your not bothered, and they are i "qoute" in jest, then why post up silly pathetic posts.

If thats the level of subject matter and remark you can make, then its no loss if you do leave is it?

If you want to go. Go, but dont pop in and out making comments against us, cause frankly we dont give a stuff if your here or not.

I think the fact this site is the success it is, is because of the likes of Lee who are doers and not moaners.

And us (as in the members) getting some opportunity to be involved on the wider scale of things, in big race days is thanks to Lee's perceverance at being a doer.

Excellent :p

Like others here, even as keen as I am on the brand, Croft is just a little to far even for a free ticket!!

But great to know the real peopel who live with the cars day to day hav been recognised.

Roll on Thruxton!

Obviously I am up for the croft event and will be more than happy to attend both days...will be nice to see the cars..meet some of you guys and have some Beer and hopefully a night out in Darlington if poss...may take a tent that has three sections sleeping two peeps so if I have one bedroom as it were then there's space for four others if anyone wants to make a saturday night out of it...only problem is I've Emailed the circuit about camping about a week ago and haven't got a reply back:(
Has anyone here ever camped at croft..
Although I'm within easy driving distance of home if I have a few beers trackside I won't be able to do the drive..

Very interested in attending the events, unfortunately I'll be in Amsterdam for the Croft weekend, but I'll keep an eye open for the others.

Definitely interested in 'southern' events though could do further afield if I did some forward planning (not one of my strong points).
