Engine running lean

After taking my car to the dealers because of not performace and being told there was no faults shown, I took it to Jabbasport to test. Their 1552 showed it was running lean (fault code etc from ECU). Neither of us had more time to investigate the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be. I've tried Optimax and it's the same. The power losses vary so I have no idea.

could it be MAF or lamda related? controlling the fuelling?

The Lamda failed and was changed. I wondered about MAF, but don't know.

This should be a service item and I never let the tank go too low, so again don't know.
