Hi Ian,

Really admire your work from looking at your various jobs :D

Haven't managed to get round to doing my ebony black Cupra R, my previous experience of VAG cars is the bullet hard clear coat.

I'm about to try out my Sealey on it using Megs "Solo" system. Any experience of the solo and rotary in general on this colour? Have played with my DA220 and didn't really get the results on this that I would normally get using it on other paints, which I had expected.

Would appreciate your professional opinion.

the solo system works very well, but you need experienced knowledge of what the different pads can and cannot do at various speeds.

Since my last mail, I have been using the solo system with the various pads to great effect on both my CRP Ebony Black and the wife's Megane.

Highly recommended as long as you play around with the pad combo's. :D

excellent, well done.

I did an Audi B5 RS4 yesterday, now that was bullet hard paint. Unbelievably so
