Intercoolers

Just been to see friends new Golf 1.8t180bhp,not anniversary to check out spec difference from previous 150 model.Brakes are now same size as Leon (front)with vented on rear .Biggest surprise for me was intercooler is now on drivers side instead of passenger side ,with all new piping and DV.Can anyone enlighten me as to why this has changed.:cheers: Andy.

to my knowledge it always was on the drivers side. the only vag car with it on the p side is the ibiza (and the twin i/c cars).the spec as far as i know is 180 bhp, k03s turbo(hybrid k03/k04) 6 speed box, same as leon really.
