You're going to want to shield your Green filter from the engine bay heat... Nice size filter tho ;)

Its not the same now however as I have extended it to allow a larger Green filter, but the idea is the same.

Nice work. I also will carry out something like that (using a K04-23) once i financially recover ;).
looks nice. I'm going to do same project over here, just waiting my samco intake hose + I need fuelpump also. Is your MAF from audi TT also?
to be honest the whole filter assembly and maf is from a vr5 and came for the sum of 15quid with maf!!!! so that was the cheapest/quickest way to sort that out(thanks to col for sorting that!).
@bill, i see the jabba one has moved the water bottle slightly, also like the way the corrogated hose is used, nice thinking there!!i was thinking of using a hurricane type of setup when i get the tig welder out(im not very good with it so dont like taking it out!!)

Water bottle has'nt moved mate... Not that I'd noticed anyway..
I'll upload a piccy of the as is fitment with larger Green filter and moved airbox...

@bill, maybe its the strutbrace making it look further back, that black corrogated hosing, whered would i source that? last question, is that the 21/2 inch or 3inch maf? if its 3inch what size injectors did you switch to?

@penaaz, yes it is, to use the tt maf, youll have to go up an injector size by the same preportional amount as you up the size of your maf. you get what i mean?
Redman, yes I think I know what you mean, I'll put tt injectors also. There is quite many posts about this MAF/injectors in vwvortex. But I hope I get new MTM chip anyway. Btw what do you think will it match well if I run K04 software with AudiTT injectors/AudiTT MAF (at the moment I have 4bar FPR).
Are you going to run your setup with original fuel pump or what?

who says we dont have enough space. we dont have enough space for a front mount intercooler either but we will soon enough when i get my downpipe welded up and start on the fmic conversion!!!!;)
