I would just like to thank Lee amd all others involved in getting the complimentry tickets to Croft.
Once I managed to find someone at the track that new exactly were SEATCupra.net members could park,and it appers that I was the first there, I had a great day. Weather was good,racing even better, even managed to catch a few of the suns rays, to make me look like I,m glowing.
THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED, and I look forward to attending more of these events.

Spencer Marsh had a good start to his campaign but you can see by the level of driving this is going to be a very tough championship...second qualifying had the first four cars covered by less than .4 seconds.
At the end of the first race the first four cars crossed the finish in line astern...phew!
Lots of panel bashing went on though and I think there may be some driving standards warnings given:(
excellent day out .. nice to see you lads...didn't seem to see everyone who was there though...but I'll see some more at Oulton..(I'll be in Cornwall for Silverstone:( )

Have to admit, it ones of the best series around at the mo I think ... excellent bumper to bumper racing ... shortly followed by bonnet to boot racing cos they go through bumpers like no ones business.
Nice to meet those of you I got caught up with ... as one of the newbies it was great.
Leeds is a defo date now Mark just better not let my MRs talk to Pete's or I wont be allowed out to play with you !!!!!

I dont think anyone could fail to be impressed by the turnout. Many peeps talking about us too !!!
Sorry we didn't mingle more for a chat, but as has been said, so much to see and do, we all enjoyed it so much.
Thanks for coming those that did, was great to see the line of our cars, and the interest they were being shown.
Superb series of racing, and can only get better im sure. Top fun. :D

A massive thanks to Lee and Mark for getting the tickets organised and their efforts. It was a fantastic day at Croft! Looking forward to attending as many of the events as possible.
It was a very quick run home though, after getting the Revo demo put on my car :p all I can say about that is - WOW! Thanks to..... (sorry I can't remember your name :redface: ) for doing that on your day off!
Also to say thanks v.much for the complimentary tickets. Only regret of the day was that I did not get to chat to many of the SC.net members apart from ZBoyd and one or two others..! Superb racing action, and if you are thinking of attending one of the next races then go for it, it's worth it without a doubt even if you have to travel half the country to get there!

Magnus..you'd better go for the Revo..cos I'm going for mine...would hate to see you crying in Harrogate when my MY2002 std Cupra wastes your R in Harrogate:D

Very tempted Mark, just need to check out what my insurance would be with it on and sort out my finances etc. Anyway, I remember a review about the std Cupra having 'vague steering' I'll still beat you going around corners! :p

Sorry mate, I should have got your name whilst I was there! Many thanks for putting the demo on, I've only one complaint - my 5hrs is up now :( I enjoyed it whilst it lasted though - very tempted!

Super atmosphere, caught up with a few of the names on here too.
great day out, good excuse for a proper run out in the car too.
Took 2 hours 40 ish to get up to croft using Motorways....trying to keep the car clean. Only at Leeds did a bit of surface water get to the paint, (after 5 hours cleaning & waxing on Sat !!!)
Went back via A & B roads , not a single mile of M'way used :-)
Got Dirty :D
Leon pi**es all over RS Focus on the lumpy & twisties says me co-driver who has now driven both (not to mention lots more exotic stuff)
Brakes got a big thumbs up too.
