I can't afford to get a full sus. kit at the moment so I'm just going for springs and will replace my dampers when they're buggered!

What am I best going for, I'm thinking eibach?

I'm running 17x7's, is 40mm going to give me grief?

Any recommendations?

40mm with 7x17's just requires a bit of the wheel arch liner removing. You'll see the lumps if you have a look...

PS Hows the box going?

Box is finished, looks and sounds good just need to make a floor for it now, I'll probably move the amps as well. Now I want a new sub! I'll sort out my suspension first though, maybe ask santa for one!

Which side did you build it on? If you want a new sub then after yesterday I can recommend a RF 3412 for a 12" one. I assume the 10" version is 3410? It's very good though.. Listen to Sauls motor. It don't half bang....

Its on the left, bolted to one of the carpet holes as suggested. It goes a fair way into the boot, theres not alot of space in the side after you've got an adequate thickness of fibre glass in!

BTW I found that place the other side of Stockport for fibreglass products, give us a shout if you want the address.

I'll be paying a visit to Saul to listen to his new sounds. See you soon.

Yeah if you could send the details to me at peter.stewardson@marconi.com. And the prices you paid if you can remember...

Shame it wasn't the right side, I could have borrowed it to make a mould.. :)

Give Saul a shout before you go and see him cos the sub isn't running yet, unless he built the required cable today...
