Has anyone got the air vent surrounds, gear surround, door pins etc in chrome on the Ibiza tdi sport?
I was gonna get it done, but didn't know how much it would cost to fit or if you can fit any of it yourself?
I know i've seen someone with pictures of it done, but can't remember who!

I think slim_boy_fat has the chrome parts.

Yes indeedy i have, there are some pics floating about if you do a search. I got the dealer to fit all of them £100 the lot.
They do make the interior a much nicer place to be. I would hightly recommend.

Yup me too - makes the interior much nicer - takes some of the blandness away ;)
I also have all the chrome bits in the car, it is such an improvement over the standard black stuff, it brightens up the interior no end.
Only £100 - that's great! From the way the parts guy at Newbury spoke it sounded like a major job. I'll definitely get it done then.

I had the yellow, Rage had the yellow but now the chrome :rolleyes:
It's all a piece of cake to fit - only the air-vents need a bit of care. I'd just buy the bits and do it myself if I were you.
Speak to Andy @ Richard huzzey Seat he'll tell you how to do it. I did it myself and it cost £30 including Dial surrounds.
P.s. Don't do the dial surrounds. Its not as easy as you might think.
The Chrome kit costs £20ish and is dead easy to install. Should take no more than 20mins to do. Drop me a PM for full instructions or ask me nicely and I might be persuaded to change them for you.
thanks for the help - i'll go and buy them and soon as the pay cheque comes in! The other half thinks i'm mad and its not normal for girls to customise there cars, but i think it looks great.
I'll speak to Andy and get my other half to fit them for me (he's good at that sort of stuff). If he gets stuck tho i'll ask for help - if thats ok?
I'll look out for the extreme blue in Newbury!:)
Its the only modified one around this area so it should be easy to spot.
