View Full Version : My Leon Cupra R has just been Revoed!!!
Hi, my car has just been Revoed, but i have a few Questions.
What are the best settings(Boost and timming) for a Leon Cupra R using 93 Octane Fuel? And at the altitude of Mexico City 2,300 meters above sea level? An the temperature is around 25 to 32 celcius.
What are the standar setting Revo puts in for if you choose the SPS1?
And what are the settings for the other 2 programs 95Ron and 98Ron?

Sorry, more questions, since there is only one software for the Leon Cupra R, which one is it the 3 or 4 BAR?
Does any one have a DYNO graph of their performance in a Leon Cupra R, i went today to one and the best i got was 190 kw/h and 375 Nm torque.

Revo Cupra R code is 3 bar. There no 4 bar program as of yet as far as I know. I would run the timing at standard on low octane fuel. timing 5 is aggresive 95ron and timing 7 is aggresive 98 ron.

Rolling road results here... The lower readings on the 2 printouts were the old APR chip I ran.

Thanks. So you mean i have to put Low boost 9 and timing 4? I mean for every day driving, but with decent power.
I dont have a scanner but the best graph i got was only 255hp and 277lbft, i'm guessing it was do to the altitude the temperature and the fuel.

Yeah all of these will influence the readings, interesting to see that you still get a very high torque reading though.
93ron isnt recomended for use in the R is it ?

Well acording to the dealers manual, they expect the R to have 265hp and 288lbft, so i was low 10 units on both. But that was the best i got, the least i got was 242hp and 263lbft
About the 93ron, that's the best fuel i can get in Mexico so i really have no choice, can i use the 95 ron with 93 octane fuel?

How accurate was the dyno?
can you get octane aditive ?
Don't the yanks 93RON= our 95RON?

I really don't know but i would say (+ - 5) at the most. When my car was Stock it gave me 212hp.

Yes i can get it, but i don't think it will raise the octane all the way to 95.

I have my car in low boost 9 timming 4 now, and it runs well. For now.
