Upgrade Aura unit?

Hi Guys

I have an Aura unit in my 2002 LC and whilst happy with it I would like to be able to change CD's without having to use the changer...

Can anyone advise what FACTORY fitted units fitted to the Leon will straight swap?

I'm guessing you have the cassette variety now in the dash?

Just get a cd version out of a later car, not sure if they play mp3 or not as mine won't play cd's (got damaged in transit) so i can't say for sure.
Should play.wav format ok though.
