Undo turbo>manifold bolts. Ease joint apart slightly remove old gasket. Slide in new gasket. Bolt up and torque bolts correctly.

I had a split manifold on my leon last year, remove it to see aspiral crack just about meeting.
Replaced it with a new vag part, but have a ths manifold sat in my shed if you are interested in trying to fit it, (my mechanic wasn't as he was pushed for time.)
Best thing was when it was removed just seeing that bloody crack, we dropped it onto a kerbstone, quite hard mind, and it broke into two pieces. shocking really!!
Wonder what would have happened if it had of split on the road, nasty fire me thinks.
