Hi Guys,
Just recevied and fitted my Forge Split-R DV yesterday, however, im not sure if its fitted correctly or if it is suppost to sound like it does.
I think I have fitted it the opposite way to the standard 1, with the side valve going into the TIP and the base valve going into the pipe on the boost side of the turbo, so that the vacuum valve faces the bulkhead. is this right?
It states in the instructions that to test it and make adjustments accordingly that you need to run it at full boost on the redline, can this be done stationary?
Also I have been adjusting the clicks to stiffen and loosen the spring, but know matter where i set it to, it doesnt seem to make a diference in sound, it just flutters all the time.
Does anyone have a picture so I can see if mine is fitted properly and any suggestions on how to set it up?
Cheers, Ben
