hello all, are you fed up wil getting free 0800 numbers to get a quote then have to pay if you have a query using their 0870 numbers ?

well adriun flux have made a good step forward and are now using SKYPE (voice over IP). so this means calls are free no matter what your query is, if your claiming or just making a policy change.

You have to download the free skype software and use it through your computer.

I just use the web callback feature and ask for customer services. You can even browse from a mobile phone to the site and trigger a web call back if you like.

This is the main switch board who ask basic questions i.e. are you wanting quote, change policy etc then put you through. This avoids the costly 0870 numbers on mobile contracts
