problems to look out for in lcr

hello people just wanting to know what things to look out for when buying a LCR, any things i should look out for?

Hi.

Try searchig for "problems" in the Leon section.
But here are some I know of:
-Make sure the two fans (cooling and air con) both works when air con is on.
-Some gearboxes can be hard to get into first gear, mostly when cold/right after start
(-wheel bearing and driveshafts)
-some have problems with air mass meter, dv or coil-packs.

Look out for turbo sounds blowing turbo gaskets,door seals leaking

mine had leaky doors like said above so check footwell for water and sills

my turbo give up on me friday gotta be refurbed but having it hybrid so excuse to have it done
