Lets put it like this, The company I work for supply about £500,000 of Alpine kit a year and I can only just match the prices MCS-DIRECT are selling them for a staff purchase :worry:

Lee, that unit is a 2002 model no longer in manufacture plus the 9812 is higher spec.

Just fitted my CVA-1004R, KCE-104V, and CHA-S624 over the last few days... Now the changer is in the glovebox just like the standard one again, just need to find a space for the DVD player now... Well I get the final bits on Monday for that :D

Yes mate, ordered a CHA-S634 MP3 multi changer. It's exactly the same size as the Panasonic unit so will go straight in.

Cool. :)
I'll be interested to hear how the new setup sounds when you have it all in place.
Presumably you are getting the head unit surround to cover the gaps the non-standard size unit would leave?
