Longer Wheel Bolts

Hi Damian

I have managed to get hold of a set of 20mm spacers for the rear of my Leon.

How much do you sell longer wheel bolts for to fit 20mm spacers? I have KEI wheels on so non standard.

Also, can you get the longer locking bolts?

It'll be over a week before we get a delivery from the supplier Mike. If you want them sent direct to yourself we can have them with you within a couple of days but the postage cost would be applicable.

yeah the postage is a bit high. i can get the bolts the same price from awesome give or take a few pence, and delivery is £5

no bolts have turned up mate. Deliveries usually come to me at 8ish on a saturday morning. Bit of a bummer as I had set aside a morning to get the spacers on

Post has just been for this morning Mike and still no sign. Was it just Royal Mail you used? What's the tracking number and i'll get onto them for you!

I've spoke to the Royal Mail and our local sorting office a few times now and they're just saying as long as you have the receipt for sending them you'll be able to make a claim.

i go to portugal on thursday, and apparently I have to wait 15 working days or something before I claim. The cover of the claim wont get me the full amount back either. So I will see what I can get off the Royal Mail. This is just typical of buying stuff mail order

What ever the Royal Mail don't cover, we'll put in for the rest and also for the postage it cost you. The bolts did get to you fine and it is always best to send stuff recorded so it's trackable but never mind, it'll get sorted in the end.
