Hi, after someone posted that Autometer makes Boost Gages, i went out and bought the Boost Gage and oil Gage (so they look alike, cause they are going in their original places).
Installing the Boost Gage was a Breeze (where the voltage meter used to be). but...
I have some problems with the oil gage:
1.- Its a mecanical oil gage, not electric like the original. Where do I screw it into the engine?
2.- Do I Screw the probe where the original electric one goes, or will that cause any ECU problems (some cars use the same electric probe for monitoring the engine?
Please help, as I know have two diferent types of Gages and it looks like shit.

It would have been best to get a Electric one.. it's a lot easyer.. but
You can remove the stock gauge sensor but the oil pressure light will come on the dash, not sure weather there is any ECU fuction which measures this and if it will shut down the engine, but it is very unlikey.
when we sell them,.. well we don't only the electric one's. we also supply a tee piece so that both the Autometer gauge and factory gauge can both work together off of the same feed.
Would be best to try and get hold of one, the place where you brought it should have a range of fiitings.

Hey guys I found it. It is Autometer Pro Comp item number 4348.
Question. Do you think this will work with the SEAT wiring and sensor or will I have to install new wires all the way to a new sensor?

available in ...
Sports Comp (black face, red pointer) part 3522 and 3327
Phathom (white face, red pointer) part 5727 and 5827
Ultra lite ( silver face, red pointer) part 4327 and 4427
Pro Comp ( black face, red pointer) part 5427
Carbon fibre (Real carbon face, Sliver pointer) part 4727 and 4828.
You will have to run a single wire from the sensor to the gauge, but you can use the SEAT 12v supply and earth, if you use the supply voltage for the lights from your stock lighting supply, they will dim when you dim your dash lights.
hope this helps
