Hi guys

The moment I've been waiting for is just round the corner. Just off the phone to one of APR's uk dealers. He said that within a week APR should have released the software and I could have my car done. WOO HOO.

Prices are not yet set in stone but shouldn't be far off the current chip prices.

I'll keep you all updated with how I get on.

Yeah it's called DPP (Direct Port programming) and it's coming out a week from today here in Mexico and the USA. The Best thing is that APR is also doing an ECU Explorer, that it's going to be like a Vag com, but only better, so they claim, that you can use with a laptop or a Palm Os PDA. At least in Mexico they promised a free upgrade for all who already have an APR Chip. Thay are going to give a "10 hrs" free trial, and you can fully activate it with a code(via PC or PDA)ypu get on the phone, instead of going back to the shop.

No price yet, but I think i'll get the ECU Explorer, no the "chip", because I already have REVO, even if I want it to, they don't have the program for my car yet(Leon Cupra R).

Good - cos I wouldn't want them devaluing my SPT (Shit Pipe Technology) with their product. I'd have to consider suing their asses :D
