Interesting ... not even two weeks after bringing the subject, I received a response to the SEAT Questionnaire I filled in and posted last month.
I was particularly scathing about the dealer I bought my car from and equally generous in comparison about my service dealer.
They recommend that I contact the Dealership's service manager in the first instance but I should contact customer care if I need any assistance.
This is what I ended up doing when the original issue was not resolved.

For those of you interested, the telephone number is 0500 222 222 for customer care if you wish to complain about the lack of supercharged V6 Leon's entering this country.
Also, I was with a friend who has a Golf V6 4motion the other day - the engine sounded fantastic but when I was economical with the truth and told him about the supercharged Leon V6, he was utterly jealous.
