I have a 55 plate mk2 leon.. The model before they started putting 3.5mm audio AUX-in jacks into the car!

I have a cheap 2 FM transmitter that I bought on ebay but the quality of the audio from my ipod with it is rubbish, its fuzzy, mobile phone gives interruption etc.. and i dont want to pay about 200+ for an ipod kit.

Im just wondering if it would be worth purchasing a proper better one from amazon or something? Has anyone got an FM transmitter that they think is great and can recommend?

Prehaps there would be a better way to get my ipod to work with out spending over 70+?

Not quite so practical when you have four cars...

I dont want a different headunit, new ones would stick out and look odd.

Oh yeah didnt think about that actually

Debatable, there are ones that would blend in nicely.

I have a Belkin one, its positioned near the aerial so reception / sound quality is very good (...when powered by the car, its rubbish on AAA batteries!!)
