Just to let you all know that after a few false starts (our dithering not Revo's!) we're now approved agents for Revo.

We've been running an Alhambra of all things, with Revo for a few weeks, the economy has improved very slightly the grunt has turned it into a GT Bus!!! Today we Revo'd a 150BHP Mk1 FR, what a difference it makes to that engine, I just can't wait to feel the difference in a Cupra.

If you want to unleash the full potential of your engine give us a call. 0161 624 1441

How does it affect the manufacturer warranty Gary?

How does it affect the manufacturer warranty Gary?

Hi,

I'd love to say that it has no effect on a possible warranty claim but that isn't the truth, there are very few warranty issues with the fitting particularly as it doesn't show up on VAG diagnostics equipment as being fitted, however, I have to be very careful exactly what I write on the forum, a few weeks ago a SCN member who works for a SEAT dealership in North London complained to SEAT about a post I put on here because it was of benefit to members and in his opinion not to SEAT dealers.:censored:

Consequently the best way for me to answer is by PM or phone. Also its a good idea to have look at REVO's posts on here relating to this subject. What I can say is that the resulting difference in economy and performance is fantastic.:D

Have you had your mk2 cupra on the rollers Gary? Revo quote approx 300ft/lbs of torque but mines recorded 270 consistantly??

No I've not tried it on a rolling road, in fact we've now sold mine. I'll ask one or two of the people who've had it done if they've got any readings.

Just clocked this thread - how much would it cost to do an Ibiza Cupra TDI?

£410 including the VAT, it usually gives about a 35BHP increase on the Cupra and smooths out that huge whack of power and torque to make it a bit more useable.
