The Yellow highlighted bit on the bottom RHS is Ibiza 20VT ratios.
70mph in 2nd gear is real.

interesting bill.
though im almost certain that my 1000rpm speeds are slightly higher in third-fifth, have the abf engine, so think i must have the 020 gbox,
other little things like top speed out of each gear is a little different also, my engine and box can get to just over 40 then hits the limiter, not as high as 42 though, second 65 at limiter. my engine is unmodded except for pipercross induction kit and steel pipe. new gearbox replaced old 28k knackered one, though it could also achieve the same results, probably slight differences in tolerances and revisions maybe the reasons for the irregularities betwween the two, my guess only!!
could also be the slight inaccuracies in speedos.:cheers:
btw, my engine revs out in all but fifth, gets to approx 5600 in fifth.

The 20VT box is a different box I think..
Code 02J-EDT is Ibiza,cordoba, Cordoba vario 1999> 1.8l 20v-115Kw
Code 02J-EKU is Ibiza,cordoba, Cordoba vario 1999> 1.9l TDi-66Kw
Code 02J-EKW is Ibiza,cordoba, Cordoba vario 1999> 1.9l TDi-81Kw
All Cable Change boxes.

might be werong mate, but didnt it say that the top set of figures were for the 16v??

No sorry mate.... Thats my Jetta info... 020 G'box and various ratios and final drives...
Flapper sent me the Cordy 16v figures last night, and the only difference between the 20VT box and yours is the Final Drive Ratio.
I bung that into my sheet tonight and repost.

I have 2.0 16v too. Our box has ratios:
I 33/10
II 35/18
III 34/26
IV 35/34
V 36/43
R 3,06
F.r. 70/19

To get eggs with eggs and apples with apples here what it means stated the same I my previous postings re Ratios.
The Ratios below are exactly the same as on my pdf ratio sheet. - Thanks for confirming that SES. :)
