View Full Version : Caraudiosecurity Delivery times?
I've ordered my head unit now with all the essentials on monday morning, i keep checking the order and it still says its processing, not even shipping. If anyone has ordered from caraudiosecurity.com, how long does it usually take?
Took ages when I ordered speakers from them but they turned up eventually.
Yeah I can see that happening, I ordered at half 11 monday morning thinking (as it says on the site) it'll take 3-4 days, I just got the email a coupla of hours ago saying it's been shipped and will take up to 4 days?? so the latest it'll be monday. A whole week is a bit much!? (considering £15 to pay for delivery)
From memory, I think it took a couple of weeks for my stuff to arrive. I got the impression that they used my money to go out and buy the bits, rather than carrying any stock.
Seems that way! Two weeks is just too much! Its a shame i didn't cancel the order before it was shipped, I could've gone to the London store and get the same stuff (delivery charge free)
Edit: The "testemonials" part sorta dragged me to the site with loads of people saying "fast delivery"!

I ordered speakers from them, after 5 days they still hadn't been dispatched.
I cancelled the order, and it then took them a further month to issue a refund.
I wouldn't use them again.
Christ What have i got into lol. I find it funny on the shipping email it says "we have now decucted the amount from the account" (something like that) but i checked my account 2 days ago and it read that the money had already been taken, very dodgy site. :no:
If you think their delivery is bad , you want to try dealing with them face to face , the advice they gave me was shocking , and really couldnt be arsed to answer any of my questions i put to them.
I steer well clear of them now , some places might be that little bit more expensive but i would rather pay that knowin you are going to get a good service.
