Hi guys. This is the first time on this site and have been reading about the tuning of diesels mainly. Just wondered if anything could be done to up the power of my arosa TDi. It's a 2002 model if that makes any difference.

Cheers!
:p

I'm not personally aware of anything other than tuning boxes but it might be worth calling Revo or jabba to see what they could do. Might also be worth offering your car as a test model to see if you could get a discount.

A tuning box or chip might be just the job. Would be nice to get to somewhere around 100bhp mark! Top idea about the demo car aswell. thanx. :)

I am actually looking in to this possibility as from Last Thursday. Would be helpful to get a list of ECU numbers from various model year cars first. I take it we are talking 3 cyl, 75bhp variety?

Jabba had a 1.4 Polo TDi, with the same engine.
It was remapped to about 105bhp.

Should make the little Arosa shift a little...

What about the 1.4 16 petrol engine aswell? ;)

We are actually upgrading the Ibiza 1.4 16v which is slightly different to the Arosa. This is a commisioned number of vehicles though and will not be for general sale. sorry.

I'd add that the 1.4tdi is actually being used in the ibiza as well (since 10/02).
