Right then everyone, as you may have read in my previous posts i am not a fan of Clifford alarms. I have a Sigma alarm fitted to mine, and i thought it was pretty good till now. I have noticed however that when i am sat in a place with HIGH radio usage (police station, hospital etc etc) the bloody thing will not work. This causes me somewhat of a problem as the car is delocked and the fob is my only means of entry. (with exeption to the boot) Does anyone else here have a sigma fitted and ever experianced this problem themselves ? If so what did you do ??

Or better still, can anyone recommend a different CAT 1 system for me. Remember i DO NOT want CLIFFORD!

just got a responce back from the techy poeple who informes me that this is a security feature of the alarm to prevent Code grabbing and scanning etc. This feature wasnt very good so theve changed it in the later models! DAMM!! I AINT GOT ONE OF THESE LATER MODELS !!!!!

Shame you don't like Cliffords... Because you can get the extended range ariel for them that can be fitted to the windscreen. Then holding the keyfob next to the ariel should get you in... But we won't go there again, we have differing opinions.

Other than that. Alarms shouldn't see emergancy service radio signals at all if they're tuned properly. I had a Meta Aquilla and never had a problem like that and it was reasonably cheap.
