sticking brakes for10seconds

car ha been off the road for a year due to ban ,had it out on the road today and the brakes are sticking on when you press them for about 10 seconds have freed all the brake calipers there working nice and free is ther anything esle that could be making all four brakes stick on thinking possibly the master cylinder but not sure what to do to it any ideas

You may have to clean all the rubbers around the pistons etc

this has been done calipers are all free

what car is this>?

i know the leon suffers from strange brake issues if its not driven for a while.

Some clear with use, however this one sounds like it may not.
