I see there's a lot of IT people on this site. How about an IT help section?

You need a ref number to open a case, but you can't open a case without a password, and you can't get a password without a ref number:hammer: :dunno:
and around and around we go WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
but i cant find a key which says 'space' on it!!:D

I'm sure they just do some stuff for fun cos they can. e.g. I can't view jpegs anymore at work due to permissions, they were happy with jpeg upto about 3 weeks ago. How do you bring that up to the boss "i.t. won't let me look at pics that my mates send me"

Get your mates to change the extention .mpeg to something like a word doc .doc .ppt .xls etc etc. Then once you have saved the attachment locally, just change back the extention and view.
