Hi Will,

My Leon FR tdi 150bhp already has a map on it, the car smokes very heavily, even with just light throttle.

Midvw suggested to me, that the map was pretty poor, which i think looking at the receipt it is (the guy before me had it done on the drive kind of thing)

How much to have the map altered to a p-torque one? would you be able to do anything with the current map etc?

do you have experience of bad maps causing heavy smoking?

the car is fully serviced and otherwise fine?

The remap will be £265.00 all in, and I'll throw a dyno power run in as you are a returning customer.

Sounds like they may have bumped the injection through the roof to gain power.

I wouldn't adjust their map, I would start from scratch :)

its very very smokey...power is good, but more often than not, i leave clouds of black and im using Millers 4 as well which makes no difference...
think it just needs a new map....

nice one with the dyno power run, will have to look at finances and get it booked in one Saturday!

would u fit some new hoses on the turbo/intercooler at the same time?

yeah, its the intercooler and turbo ones.

But not sure i can afford it all together! doh!
