Sony HU

I have a now disfunctional Sony HU. decided to stop working mid way thru being installed. helpful thing that it is.

Anyway - Will buy another one - but I'd like it to 'work' with my 10CD changer.

Do only Sony HU's work with Sony Changers? if not - what else does?

If so, then what's a good Sony HU? (Bet Pete says 'no sony hu's are good') :D
