Clear, Well Damped, Quiet (Silent) and delivered in a day by Apex Motorsport. Comes with two lamp covers (green and red) and a good fitting kit a decent instructions.

Are the Apex gauges finish well at the back I.e. could they be fitted to the corner of the dash without the need for a pod of some description.
I know the TIM boost gauge has 2 large screws sticking out the back and the cylinder is ugly.
I have seen 2F2F branded electroluminescent gauge for £37 and it has a smooth silver barrel and a smooth back with two connections out the back. This could easily be mounted beside the 'A' pillar attached to the dash with velcro.
Any comments on the 2F2F Gauge? Quality etc.?
I have heard good reports on the Apex gauge but I only want it if it can remain free standing and look good.
Any advice would be appreciated.
...the Apex also has the 2 bolts and isn't pretty at the back - it's designed to mount into a pod.

Has anyone got or heard weather this type of gauge is any good. The 2F 2F version is the same style as the attached. Boost goes to 20psi.
