Hi Will

Would you do fitting of a Milltek downpipe and sports cat to a P-Torque'd mk4 Ibiza Cupra? I already have the cat-back fitted.

If so, could you let me know a price and also a price for a suitable re-map (I already have stage 1 P-Torque)

Cheers!

Hi!

Yes, no problem at all. Fitment of the Milltek full exhaust is £50.00

The custom map to suit is £295.00 all in, including dyno runs :)

What kind of gains/power will I get from the custom remap? Do I need anything else like a 4 bar FPR? I currently/will have full milltek, green cotton filter, forge TIP, smoothed air box etc.

Thanks again

Hi

With exhaust only and custom map, you will make approx 220 -225bhp and 255 - 260lbs/ft torque.

If you add an intercooler, then 225 - 230bhp is achieved, and 260 - 270lbs/ft torque :)

An intercooler can be added after the mapping if you want

The mk4 Cupra has a big Seat Sport FMIC as standard, WILL.

Apologies I was thinking of the FR's intercooler

Hi, one more question - a few months ago you were doing a stage 2 upgrade for existing customers for £150 - http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showpost.php?p=1905060&postcount=21

Is this price not the same any more or have I got the stages and prices mixed up?

Cheers

Hi

I have really made stage 2 a custom map now, rather a slightly harder generic software that most companies offer.

Custom mapping means your car will go on the dyno and get set up for your specific engine and set up ensuring optimum figures are reached.

I can offer a tweaked ''stage 2'' upgrade for £150.00, but would recommend the custom tuning :)

Ok I see, thanks :)

What did you go for then Kris, a tweaked ''stage 2'' or the custom map?

I went for the custom map :) At least now I won't be left wanting more as I know I've got all the power out of my engine and turbo.

How much did you pay for your exhaust, if you dont minde me asking (pm me if you dont want it on here). I think this has to be my next mod as you are to far ahead of me now on the mod front ;)

There's plenty left in the engine mate, just not the turbo.

Yea the engine and turbo combination i mean, but new turbo is lots of cash and I think I have enough power for the front wheels now!

Never say never tho mate. I said I would not mod mine when I got it.
