sorry about all the questions but........ how the feck do you remove the ecu on an ibiza? removed the wee rivet at the back with a hammer.screwdriver. managed to dent the wing with the hammer in the process and the thing still wont move! seems to be a brass coloured bar at the back still holding it.
im welding at the exhaust. thats why i have to get the ecu disconnected.i cant take the exhaust downpipe off as its more hassle than its worth!

They only disconnected the battery on my car when they replaced my rear right wing and my ecu is still fine. BTW, i saw it when they got it (ECU) out at chipping, they just simply pulled it out with hand.
