big black flaps

have just fitted some big rally slag style mud flaps . i bought black so that they would be hidden by the tyres . they look pretty damn good especially the rear end it looks like i've got 10" wide tyres on and theres the added bonus of not hearing my side skirts getting a battering each time i cross the white line plus i don't get me sponge out so often now either,so cleaner car ,happy chappy. oh yes cheers brendy i didn't know what colour to get till i saw your cordy at curborough:cheers:

hehe looks well dunt it!! one word of warning, never reverse up or onto kerbs unless you know that the flaps stop higher than where the kerb begins!!, it aint a pretty site, happened to my old beezer!!

Btw, i dont think other coloured cars suit the flaps as much unless they can get an exact colour match, saw a black 1.0 metro lastnight with bright red flaps rivited onto the car, looked absolutely horrendous!, took the gaze from the 5 poss 6 inch tail pipe that it had too!!, it never even had alloys!! hahaha

try matching kiwi yellow ,black it had to be .sat the missus down and explained the sticking out and fairly low flap situation she slapped me daft:)
