Hi Guys
Due to many enquiries, P-Torque are now offering various Hybrid upgrade kits for VAG diesels.
Various kits are available for almost all diesel models.
As an example, we the 130PD can be tuned to 250bhp :cartman:

at the moment, just the PD160 air intake, green panel filter, ebc discs and brakes and a box which i can hold 3 different remaps on, the original, eco and fast- (which is giving 165 on a dyno).
i know i would need a new clutch, and was thinking sachs but what does the package entail?

The uprated Sachs clutch including fitting is £650.00.
You will then need an intercooler upgrade, Hybrid 150PD turbo and custom mapping.
Is you ''fast'' map only giving 165bhp on the dyno?

i was going to get the seat sport intercooler hopefully in the new year. would the rest then give me 250bhp?
also what would the torque give?
yeah, it was supposed to be 175 bhp and 291lb/ft
but i got 165 and 290

Thats petrol not diesel but i get your point.
Is that sachs clutch that price fitted outside of this deal as well or is it a special offer along side hybrid treatment?

Hybrid a 130 KKK unit? :confused:
Assume if someone would ever do this, they wouldnt see 250bhp.
Wish package deals were out like this when I got mine!

Im fully aware of these, as you post it every other week when someone asks ;)
However, firstly I dont think TD accept KKK units on exchange. 3rdly, I then was asking for confirmation that id a PD130 Hybrid was used (aka not the KKK) then the power output wouldnt be that 250bhp figure stated further down.

this may be a stupid question but i thought ibizas facelift onwards (06) had the pd130 unit instead of the KKK because of reliability issues??? i may be wrong.

i am just waiting for turbo dynamics to send the turbo back to p-torque so i can get the bad boy fitted and mapped!!
i cant wait for my results
bigging p-torque up a bit here but there great guys an very good to deal with and they cant seem to get enough of supplying info

i am just waiting for turbo dynamics to send the turbo back to p-torque so i can get the bad boy fitted and mapped!!
i cant wait for my results

Ah nice one! Yeh I know what you mean mate - it's gonna be a long for me too! I'll have to get into Wolverhampton too but i dont think i can spend more than a few hours shopping! It'll be a hard day but should be worth it in the end!:D

I'd like that sort of power but doubt it will tbh....
I dunno when mine's in. Will was busy with the rolling road day so we didnt really get time to organise anything. He just took the turbo and will send it off for hybrid. I have messaged him on here so hope to hear something back from him tomorrow. :)

sooty what boost do you run with your allar fmic??i have one on my leon and i want around 230bhp in mine just wante to know really what to expect roughly lol
well my turbo boosta at a peak of 30-32psi, the allard fmic is great its the biggest fmic you wil fit behind the bumper width ways, the seat sport fmic is a lil taller but hidden a lot by the bumper.

Dont the Leon's have the FMIC mounted between the air con rad and the rad? Or is that just the Cupras?

Not on the Ibiza.....going to the Forge setup from a Cupra setup is a backstep....
My turbo was the wrong on fella. :( So bit of a step back....

Just signed in ebay and two of the 3 people I've messaged about their turbo's have both sold them! :cry:
The other one I can see atm has covered 75,000 miles. Is it worth going for it?

Does that not have an effect on it being hybrid? Surely the only thing that'll wear is the internals, that are taken out when hybrid anyway?

yeah they replace eveything apart from the casing and manifold matey, so the weak bits will all be new!!
no different having a good ish condition high milage turbo to recon a low milage knackered one init mate

Depends on what damage ( if any ) has been done to the turbo housing - knackered or bent fins on a wobbly shaft may do more damage to the casing that needs work to be sorted etc etc. Worth having a known 'good' turbo to start with.
