Ok, I admit it was a silly thing to do, but as it was a boring sunday,i decided pertend I was Colin Mcrae in the hills and glens near my folks house, I kinda splashed ( dunno if thats the best way to put it) through a small stream that crosses the road, at about 40 mph, induction kit is soaking and the car is stuttering why I plant the acclerator, I guess the best idea would be to leave it to dry before I drive it again.

Yup this is the reason Rally cars have snorkels if they go flying thru lots of water :D

I would give it a rinse thru, and clean it. Then allow it to dry indoors by a radiator.

Then reoil the foam, and then it should be cool again.

sounds more like wet plugs/leads to me !!i wash my inductrion kit with a hose every week just to remove any loose crud, car starts and runs fine..could be wrong.
