Doesd for example Alpine CDA-7878R MP3 Head Unit reads MP3 from the MP3 cd inserted into a CD-CHANGER or ???.

I curious, because I vant to listen Mp3 music in my Ibiza Cupra 1.8 20V, but I don't know if is there a conector which connects MP3 player to the serial Head Unit or. is there a way that I can listen to Mp3 via CD-changer.

Please tell me some solution on how to listen mp3 in ibiza. The best way would be to use original head unit, but i don't know how.

Thanks big time

Hi,
I don´t think that would work!
I have a head unit called something like Kenwood MP-6090R, which can play mp3 cds on ordinary cd-r and cd-rw discs. But I have never heard that a cd-changer could handle mp3 discs.

I´ve noticed a little annoying thing when listening to mp3 on my head unit! It can only handle 8 directories in the same root atmost :(
This is very annoying, because you will have to burn mp3´s in subdirectories and stuff. I also think it has a maximum of 250 songs in one directory!

Altough, I´m satisfied with my player!

ps. The new kenwood mp3 player looks groovy :) ds.

I have AWIA Mp3 right now and I'm very satisfied, but there is no way to put it into cupra, because there is now space - well maybe glove department, but it makes no sense.

Does anyone have and expiriences with setting an mp3 player into cupra. It could as well be portable-handy mp3 player.

Any way, thanks for the answer!
