leon 18 20vt losing power

hi everyone can anyone help, my leon has started devoping problems i had a new coil pack fitted x mas eve and yesterday the oil light came on so i filled it up also it has been losing power every time i accelerate oh yeah and the oil light is still on can anyone help, thanks

Have you checked on the dipstick that the oil is at the right level - might be a dodgy oil pressure sender unit (in the oil filter housing I believe)

Best bet is get it on VAGCom and do the usual checks - boost leaks etc.

yeah i checked the oil dipstick that is fine its just weird the car was fine now these problems come at once

also i dont have a vag-com where do i get 1 from

have u checked your TIP to see if theres any splits

if the oil light is on this could allso mean you have low oil presser (oil pump)

You havnt over filled it ??

just spoke to a friend who saidi shoul change the oil pressure switch if not it prob is the oil pressure unit,apparently in the middle of the engine
