View Full Version : 345mm cupra brake upgrade
im interested in the seat cupra 345mm setup for my car.
firstly i have a mk 2 octavia vrs 2.0T FSI(which i believe is the same as the mk2 leon, and mk5 golf) so would they fit?,
also do i need wheel spacers with 18inch wheels to clear the calipers
and secondly how much do you charge including vat and delivery,
he did post the brake upgrade here:

prices from Seat had gone up since posting but VAT has gone down. so it should be about the same price, im sure david will put you straight though.
was an old thread though, i wasnt sure if the price had changed at all, and if they will fit mk2 vRS
has anyone on briskoda.net managed to do this?
not yet, they have got a few who have done the s3 conversion, but not the cupra one, which seems a bit cheaper when they are the same size
sorry i wasnt more help on the PM you sent. as i said, i have no way of knowing what fits what . . . . .
not a problem, i can look into that im sure. one of the VAG tuners would know
bill at badger5? seems well into his brake upgrades ;)
the kit will definitely fit your car with no problems, as it was JKM fitting one to Si's Octavia VRS that got me interested in doing the same to my GTI.
Here's a pic of them on a Octy with 18's.
