Hi guys
JUst to let you all know i ordered my stickers from the vinyl store and they arrived quickly but i ordered 2 and paid for 2 but they only sent me one i emailed them with my invoice number and they have never replied!!
Just wanted to voice this and see if anyone else has had this problem
nope.they are usually very good.i think "ripped off " maybe a bit premature.if you are polite and get in contact you may find they are very helpful.
They are and always have been SCN regulars/members.give them a fair crack of the whip ;)
I had this problem when I ordered mine and like jasse has advised you to do, I emailed them and they sorted it out straight away. Give them a mail honey before you go around claiming you have been ripped off. They are a reputable company and wouldnt have done this on purpose. Everyone makes mistakes ;)

yeah in all fairness i emailed them this morning and they have soughted it. the only reason i was annoyed is because i didnt get any reply from my first email but they emailed straight back this time and have sent them out today
So consider my moan ended

VS are cool
sent me free stickers when some peeled within a week. any other company could have said no, and that they may have been applied wrong!
even made me "one offs" a couple of time
VS are very good IMO!

same happend to me i paid for two only got 1, e-mailed them and thay said thay will sort it. that was 3weeks ago!! still havent had anything!!
think thay need to sort there system out!

I ordered some last week, paid for a PAIR and thats what turned up. Ordered Sunday Evening and arrived at the door on the wednesday. GREAT SERVICE.

Still waiting for mine 2 and a half weeks on. emailed them on tuesday and they "sent" them on monday and should get them wednesday. emailed friday but no reply.
they seem to be a hit or miss company

It's not a big company lol, so give them some slack.
They'll not take your money and run, you'll get your stickers sooner of later.

I think you'll find that the very few moaners on here compared to the thousands of happy customers are easily outweighed.
They are a 'cottage' industry, with stock of most stickers pre made up. This keeps the price down as they're batch run.
Plus it means people can have stickers, and I don't need to manage it (I once used to buy them in sets of 200, and cash cheques, manage it all & post them all out at my cost in my time)

I imagine this is probably a one man band company producing what I would call some very good quality stickers for not a lot of money. Mistakes are made, but I'm sure if you chase it up there will be resolutions to everyones problems. My experience with the company is first class, stickers ordered and recieved within 3-4 days each time!

perhaps one of the Admins now could change the title, as I feel it is an unfair representation of the Vinyl store who 99% of the time (like most companies) do a very good job

with internet orders and emails, you need to be patient.
They wont emply someone to sit waiting for emails, so if you have not got a response in a matter of hours then dont panic yet.
Seems in the cases ive seen they have sorted things out.
So give them a reasonable amount of time and chance to sort it.
IT would be good to ammend the title of the thread, or to delete it.

i wouldnt say im moaning. its like anything you buy. if you dont get it u chase it up. if it was ebay ud prob leave bad feedback for the delay. i dont think there ripping me/us off its just i wanted them for tomorrows meet at derby hense me ordering them weeks ago. helpful people tho. just aint got them yet. but what gets right on my t*ts is every1 blames the royal mail. im a post man and its not that we loss things its that some mongs put the wrong address on or incomplete. Do any other post mans agree with me????

dont tell me its a small company and only 1 person works there who has only 1 arm no legs and half an eye so i must be patient! but hay only took all of about 30 seconds to take my money tho ay!

oh dear. everyone on here will say your moaning now. but yer it took three weeks one day for mine to come! not very good service in my opinion!

judging by a few posts & a few threads knocking around at the min by admin, i would be very careful what you put down. Especially when it's linked to someone supplying to the site as a whole

Recieved my first order from VS very quickly, only a week. Ordereda few more, now two weeks ago:(
Emailed them and they were very helpful, asked for my order number etc, and have emailed me back. Still nothing through the post though, 2.5weeks and counting
