Yes agreed... but in my opinion look really odd on a car thats white with bits of black trim ;)
Looking forward to getting the shiny black covers .

I had this problem when i wanted to fit my chrome ones . I folded the mirror in and then basically got fingers behind them and just pulled obviously not super hard but enough to get them off.Unfortunetly i broke my original black ones so hence why im buying new black ones

General post just to clarify these gloss black mirror caps, please advise which car you need them for if making enquiries. I slipped up on Damiens but got the rest right (I hope)
Basically they are available for Leons 1PZ 2006-on, and Ibiza 6LZ 2003-2008
Plenty of stock of Leon covers, but Ibiza ones are due from Spain soon, sorry for the delay Damien you will have to wait a few days Im afraid.

try how i got my leon ones off - use a credit card or similar and prise/pull the covers off . . . . .

Will try to slide a credit card in the gap at the fixing 'points' but my nails are killing me from trying to get them off :(

Fold the mirrors in and stick a screwdriver under the edge just where they fold, just enough to get your fingers under, then just pull them off.

I had the chrome ones on when I bought the car, they were the first things I changed.

I might spray the matt ones the same colour as my wheels and see what they look like :shrug:
they would then go with may new grill that will be going on tomorrow ;)

options are textured satin black (standard) , gloss black (cupra) , brushed satin silver (fr) or primed (the rest lol)
all similar price . . .
any chance someone has taken off red ones to fit my black ones????? maybe you could get a very cheap pair of red covers if you ask nicely ;)

Im off til Monday but from memory a primed cover is £10-£15 but a glass (electric and heated with wide angle edge) is around £30. A cheaper option is to fit the bog standard manual glass - remind me Monday to check ;)
