Who can activate cruise control in south/west wales??

I am going to be fitting cruise control to my 51plate(2002) Leon Cupra 1.8t.
My local Seat dealer is SH*T!
They have no idea!
Is there anyone local to me who can activate the cruise control feature??
I live near Carmarthen. so anywhere in South/West Wales will be perfect!

I dont mind driving that far to get it done,
Why do the seat/vw/audi garages just seem so crap!
I phoned a few up and asked if they can turn it on and they were so confused!
I will order the kit soon and then i will get in contact with you..

how did you get on with this

i have vag com a bit closer - but have no ideas where to start , have only done the basics , chirp , indicators etc
